CB went in to the game hoping to continue the good start to the season. The injury curse continues to stick around with Jordan Vidal, Vinny Hodge, Barry McWilliams, Craig Knight out and with Stuart Bamford and Jerome Edwards unavailable for selection Barry Chapman was left with selection problems of a different kind.
The first half saw CB with the lion share of the possession, Sandhurst did have opportunities but with no success it was only a matter of time before CB broke the deadlock. With some impressive work on the wing from the 18 year old Kyell finishing with Aston Ventour breaking the deadlock. Some more impressive forward play saw Aston Ventour bag his 2nd of the day.

Goalkeeper Alex Wines is really happy with the start " Beginning the season with four clean sheets has been a real confidence booster, the back four and team collectively have been really good defensively. We are not firing on all cylinders yet, we have had so many of the lads out injured but the young boys who have come in have done really well."
